Question 1

Can you tell me the price before you see the tree?

Accepted Answer

Pricing depends on the tree, the access, and what sits underneath the work area. The business will explain when it can give a quote and what it needs to see first.

Question 2

Does the tree definitely need to come down?

Accepted Answer

Not always. Reduction, deadwood removal, support hardware, or monitoring may be options. An assessment exists to lay out the choices rather than assume removal.

Question 3

What happens to the wood and brush?

Accepted Answer

Brush is normally chipped on site. Whether wood is removed, stacked, or cut to length is agreed as part of the scope before the visit.

Question 4

Will the lawn and beds be damaged?

Accepted Answer

Access and ground protection are part of the assessment. The business will tell you where equipment needs to travel and what it does to protect the ground.

Question 5

The limb is on my roof right now. What do I do?

Accepted Answer

Stay clear of the area and out from under the limb, and call rather than book online so a person can review the situation directly. If anyone is hurt or a utility line is involved, contact emergency services and your utility first.

Question 6

Do I need permission to remove a tree?

Accepted Answer

Some trees are covered by local rules, a permit, or a shared property line. Raise it in the request and the business will explain what applies to your situation.
